Career & Business Management: Positioning for the Next Level

SPEAKER: Lori Day, President, FocusFirst, Inc.

OVERVIEW: Recognize your commercial value, claim your accomplishments and proactively manage your commercial opportunities! Whether you own a business or work in someone else’s organization, this workshop is for you. Women are notorious for doing excellent work, understating their accomplishments and paying a significant price.

  • Identify common missteps and risk.
  • Learn top strategies for success and how to put them into practice.

DATE & TIME: Wednesday, May 21, 2008 (Meeting and program is 11:30-1:00. Plan on 45 minutes for program and Q&A)

LOCATION: United Way Conference Center, Room F (1111 9th Ave., Des Moines). The United Way building is located between I235 and University on Ninth Street.
